Site & Provider
Does each local group manage its own website?
Yes. Each group gets its own website and bPanel workspace. Its administrators and editors manage content, events, applications, responses and team profiles within the permissions your organisation sets. Local teams access their assigned website’s information; protected organisation content remains centrally managed.
Which bPanel product do I need?
Choose bPanel Site if you need one website: £5 per month or £50 per year, using a bPanel-provided address. A custom domain connection is £15 extra per year. Choose bPanel Provider if you manage your organisation’s network of local group websites. Provider starts with one main website plus five local group websites.
Do local teams on Provider also pay for Site?
No. Their websites and standard website tools are included in your organisation’s Provider package. Each local team gets access to its assigned website.

Can I see bPanel before choosing a plan?
Yes. Request a free demo to explore provider controls, local team access and website tools. The demo is a product walkthrough, not free hosting.
Can I choose not to renew?
Yes. You can choose not to renew at the end of your monthly or yearly billing term. Notice, export and end-of-service arrangements will be stated in the service agreement before activation.
How can we support more local groups?
Plans cover 5, 15 or 50 local group websites, plus your main organisation website. Network can grow beyond 50 with extra local group websites at £2 each per month (£24 each per year). Additional-site rates in EUR and USD are quoted separately. All plans include unlimited bPanel users.
Users & storage
Are there limits or fees for adding bPanel users?
Every plan includes unlimited bPanel users with no per-user charge. Providers can add administrators, and local group websites can have administrators or editors. Access remains limited to the assigned roles and websites. Website capacity remains 5, 15 or 50 local group websites, plus the main organisation website.
Is the 25 GB storage allowance per website?
No. Starter includes 25 GB of NVMe SSD storage shared across the main organisation website and all five local group websites in that package. Growth includes 100 GB and Network includes 250 GB, also shared across each package. Adding a Network local group website increases website capacity, not the storage allowance.

What can local groups manage themselves?
Local teams manage their website’s events, applications, opportunities, links and committee profiles. Your organisation controls their permissions and available features, and can protect shared branding and official content.
Whose branding appears in the panel?
bPanel branding appears in the workspace. Ask us about optional branding customisation when requesting your setup.
Who adds our local websites?
Your organisation adds a local website, invites its committee and chooses what they can manage. Initial hosting setup is reviewed and activated by us.
Plans & billing
What websites are included?
Provider plans include one main organisation website plus up to 5, 15 or 50 local group websites. bPanel Site includes one website.
Are all standard features included?
Yes. All plans include the full standard feature set and two themes.
How does annual billing work?
The yearly option shows the monthly equivalent alongside the full annual amount. The annual subscription is billed as one yearly amount.
Can I choose a currency?
Prices are available in GBP, EUR and USD. Use the currency selector independently of the billing-period control.
Do I pay when I submit a request?
No. Create an account and submit your requirements. bpanel reviews the request before arranging the service.
Domains & local teams
Do I need my own domain?
bPanel Site includes a bPanel-provided website address. Connecting your own custom domain is optional at £15 extra per year. Organisations using Provider supply their main domain; local group website custom-domain connections are included from Growth.
How are local group websites addressed?
Starter local group websites use subdomains of your organisation domain. Growth and Network also allow a custom domain for each local group website.
Who is bPanel Provider for?
Provider is designed for organisations supporting a network of local groups, branches or societies. Each group gets its own website and team access, with central oversight through bPanel.
Can local teams change official links?
The organisation can publish protected official links and enforce branding settings that local editors cannot change.
Themes, migration & support
Can I request a custom theme?
Yes. Custom themes are quoted separately after we review your requirements.
How much is migration?
Website migration is £50 per website, with fixed regional prices of €60 or $65. The content-transfer scope is reviewed first; complex rebuilds are quoted separately.
Can I install my own plugins?
There is no self-service installation of third-party plugins. Discuss additional requirements with bpanel.
What hosting support is included?
Hosting, SSL, software updates and backups are managed by bpanel. Support is included with every plan.
